As you will be aware, Yuko Hanyu has been charged in relation to her role in the East Wind investment scheme.

Ms Hanyu is next due to appear at Auckland District Court on 10 November 2022. This is an administrative hearing. We will keep you updated about any Court appearances in the future, including when a trial date has been set down.
