We have reported this to our Sys Admins and we are currently waiting to hear back from the Data Center for updates on the hardware being fixed.

I do apologize that it is that you are having this issue, it looks like your IP has been nulled by the Local ISP, Due to a large DDoS attack. We are working with the datacenter to have this released, but the ISP nulls them for up to 12 hours.
