चाटर्ड उडानमार्फत जापान आउँदै हुनुहुन्छ ? यो पढ्नुहोला:
हालसम्म सार्वजनिक भएको जानकारी अनुसार यही महिनाको १५, १७ र २२ तारिक नेपाल एयरलाइन्सका ३ वटा चाटर्ड उडानहरु नेपालबाट जापान आउँदैछन् । अन्य केही ट्राभल एजेन्सीहरुले पनि उडान गर्ने घोषणा गरेका छन् ।
ति उडानहरुमार्फत आउँदै हुनुहुन्छ भने केही ध्यान दिनुपर्ने कुरा छन्ः
१. जापान आइपुगेपछि १४ दिन अनिवार्य सेल्फ क्वारेन्टायनमा बस्नुपर्नेछ ।
२. एयरपोर्टदेखि तपाई बस्ने स्थानसम्म जान सार्वजनिक सवारी (रेल, बस, ट्याक्सी र आन्तरिक उडान) प्रयोग गर्न पाउनुहुने छैन ।
यसका साथसाथै,
– एयरपोर्टमा तपाईको स्वास्थ्य जाँच हुनेछ, स्वास्थ्य जाँचका क्रममा तपाईलाई कोरोना भाइरसको कुनैपनि लक्षण देखिएमा परिक्षणका लागि राखिनेछ । यदि तपाईमा कोरोना भाइरसको संक्रमण भेटिएमा संक्रमणको अवस्था हेरि यहाँका निकायहरुले आवश्यक कदम चाल्नेछन् । सामान्य स्वास्थ्यजाँचमा कुनैपनि लक्षण नदेखिएमा तपाई जापान प्रवेशका लागि योग्य मानिनुहुनेछ ।
– एयरपोर्टमा नै कहाँबाट आउनुभएको, जापानमा प्रवेश निषेध गरिएका देशहरुमा गत १४ दिनभित्र गए नगएको, जापानमा कुन ठाउँमा बस्नुहुन्छ, कसरी जानुहुन्छ भन्ने पूर्ण विवरण लिखित रुपमा बुझाउनु पर्नेछ । सरकारले तोकेको नियम अनुसार १४ दिनसम्म सेल्फ क्वारेन्टायनमा बस्नेछु भन्ने विश्वास दिलाउनु पर्दछ । सेल्फ क्वारेन्टायनमा बस्दा पालना गर्नुपर्ने नियम र राख्नुपर्ने रेकर्डहरुबारेको विवरण एयरपोर्टमा नै दिइनेछ ।
– आफ्नो गन्तव्यसम्म पुग्नका लागि निजी गाडि तथा भाडाका गाडि लिएर जान सक्नुहुनेछ, अरु कसैलाई लिन बोलाउन पनि सक्नुहुनेछ । (लिन आएका व्यक्ति क्वारेन्टायन बस्नु पर्ने–नपर्नेबारे स्पष्ट जानकारी पाइएन)
– यदि गन्तव्यसम्म पुग्न निजी सवारीको व्यवस्था गर्न नसकेका खण्डमा एयरपोर्ट नजिकैका तोकिएका होटलहरुमा बस्न र व्यवस्था भएपछि जान पनि सकिनेछ । कुनैपनि किसिमले निजी सवारीको व्यवस्था गर्न नसक्ने अवस्थामा सरकारले नै तोकेका होटलहरुमा १४ दिनसम्म बस्नुपर्ने हुनसक्छ । यसरी बस्दा लाग्ने खर्च आफैले बेहोर्नुपर्नेछ ।
– सेल्फ क्वारेन्टायनमा बस्दा परिवार वा अन्य सदस्यसंग बस्न पाइएपनि तोकिएबमोजिमको दूरी कायम हुनेगरि बस्ने विश्वास दिलाउनुपर्नेछ ।
त्यसैले,
– समग्रमा हेर्दा, एयरपोर्टमा लाग्ने समय पहिलेजस्तो सामान्य हुनेछैन, आफु जाने ठेगाना, लिन आउने व्यक्ति वा कसरी गन्तब्यसम्म जाने भन्नेबारे सबै विवरण लिखित रुपमा तयारी गर्नुहोला ।
– उडानको टिकट महंगो छ । यसका साथसाथै यहाँ आएर तोकिएको स्थानमा आफ्नै खर्चमा बस्नुपरेका खण्डमा भुक्तानी गर्नसक्ने रकमको जोहो गर्नुहोला ।

चाटर्ड उडानमार्फत जापान आउँदै हुनुहुन्छ ? यो पढ्नुहोला:
हालसम्म सार्वजनिक भएको जानकारी अनुसार यही महिनाको १५, १७ र २२ तारिक नेपाल एयरलाइन्सका ३ वटा चाटर्ड उडानहरु नेपालबाट जापान आउँदैछन् । अन्य केही ट्राभल एजेन्सीहरुले पनि उडान गर्ने घोषणा गरेका छन् ।
ति उडानहरुमार्फत आउँदै हुनुहुन्छ भने केही ध्यान दिनुपर्ने कुरा छन्ः
१. जापान आइपुगेपछि १४ दिन अनिवार्य सेल्फ क्वारेन्टायनमा बस्नुपर्नेछ ।
२. एयरपोर्टदेखि तपाई बस्ने स्थानसम्म जान सार्वजनिक सवारी (रेल, बस, ट्याक्सी र आन्तरिक उडान) प्रयोग गर्न पाउनुहुने छैन ।
यसका साथसाथै,
– एयरपोर्टमा तपाईको स्वास्थ्य जाँच हुनेछ, स्वास्थ्य जाँचका क्रममा तपाईलाई कोरोना भाइरसको कुनैपनि लक्षण देखिएमा परिक्षणका लागि राखिनेछ । यदि तपाईमा कोरोना भाइरसको संक्रमण भेटिएमा संक्रमणको अवस्था हेरि यहाँका निकायहरुले आवश्यक कदम चाल्नेछन् । सामान्य स्वास्थ्यजाँचमा कुनैपनि लक्षण नदेखिएमा तपाई जापान प्रवेशका लागि योग्य मानिनुहुनेछ ।
– एयरपोर्टमा नै कहाँबाट आउनुभएको, जापानमा प्रवेश निषेध गरिएका देशहरुमा गत १४ दिनभित्र गए नगएको, जापानमा कुन ठाउँमा बस्नुहुन्छ, कसरी जानुहुन्छ भन्ने पूर्ण विवरण लिखित रुपमा बुझाउनु पर्नेछ । सरकारले तोकेको नियम अनुसार १४ दिनसम्म सेल्फ क्वारेन्टायनमा बस्नेछु भन्ने विश्वास दिलाउनु पर्दछ । सेल्फ क्वारेन्टायनमा बस्दा पालना गर्नुपर्ने नियम र राख्नुपर्ने रेकर्डहरुबारेको विवरण एयरपोर्टमा नै दिइनेछ ।
– आफ्नो गन्तव्यसम्म पुग्नका लागि निजी गाडि तथा भाडाका गाडि लिएर जान सक्नुहुनेछ, अरु कसैलाई लिन बोलाउन पनि सक्नुहुनेछ । (लिन आएका व्यक्ति क्वारेन्टायन बस्नु पर्ने–नपर्नेबारे स्पष्ट जानकारी पाइएन)
– यदि गन्तव्यसम्म पुग्न निजी सवारीको व्यवस्था गर्न नसकेका खण्डमा एयरपोर्ट नजिकैका तोकिएका होटलहरुमा बस्न र व्यवस्था भएपछि जान पनि सकिनेछ । कुनैपनि किसिमले निजी सवारीको व्यवस्था गर्न नसक्ने अवस्थामा सरकारले नै तोकेका होटलहरुमा १४ दिनसम्म बस्नुपर्ने हुनसक्छ । यसरी बस्दा लाग्ने खर्च आफैले बेहोर्नुपर्नेछ ।
– सेल्फ क्वारेन्टायनमा बस्दा परिवार वा अन्य सदस्यसंग बस्न पाइएपनि तोकिएबमोजिमको दूरी कायम हुनेगरि बस्ने विश्वास दिलाउनुपर्नेछ ।
त्यसैले,
– समग्रमा हेर्दा, एयरपोर्टमा लाग्ने समय पहिलेजस्तो सामान्य हुनेछैन, आफु जाने ठेगाना, लिन आउने व्यक्ति वा कसरी गन्तब्यसम्म जाने भन्नेबारे सबै विवरण लिखित रुपमा तयारी गर्नुहोला ।
– जापानमा ल्याउन प्रतिवन्ध लगाइएका कुनैपनि सामाग्री, मासुजन्य पदार्थहरु नल्याउनुहोला ।
– उडानको टिकट महंगो छ । यसका साथसाथै यहाँ आएर तोकिएको स्थानमा आफ्नै खर्चमा बस्नुपरेका खण्डमा भुक्तानी गर्नसक्ने रकमको जोहो गर्नुहोला ।
– एयरपोर्टबाट बाहिरिएपछि तोकिएको नियमानुसार १४ दिन क्वारेन्टायनमा बस्नका लागि तयार भएर आउनुहोला ।
– विशेषगरि यो समयमा जापान नआइ नहुने व्यक्तिहरु मात्र जापान आउनु उपयुक्त देखिन्छ, यदि तपाईको भिसा र रि–इन्ट्रि परमिटको समय बाँकी नै छ भने हतार गरिरहन जरुरी देखिंदैन ।
– तपाई आउँदै गर्नुभएको एजेन्सीले एयरपोर्टदेखि गन्तव्यसम्म पुर्याउन कुनै सहयोग गर्न सक्छ कि ? सो बारेमा पनि टिकट लिनुअघि नै सोध्नुहोला ।
